Congratulations to the Class of 2022

Congratulations to Summit Academy students who received their ServSafe Food Handlers certification.

ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certification program administered by the U.S. National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection. It is considered a system that aims to prevent foodborne illnesses based on a set of guidelines to improve safety and hygiene in the food preparation process. Congratulations to these young men for adding to their Employability Portfolio and opening up another avenue to success in their future!! #UKnighted

Summit Academy Woodshop and Photography class participants recently completed a tree-planting community service project

The students learned that replenishing the lumber supply by planting trees in place of those that have been harvested is a critical process for lumber sustainability.
