Sage advice from the Summit Special Education Department. 🙌
Long overdue post for this young man who is now an awesome alumnus… Zach L. displays his big catch, which is believed to be the largest catch in Summit fishing competitions.
Great memories.

SUMMER SCHOOL – LEARNING AND GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY!
Throughout the first half of summer school, students had the opportunity to perform community service. They created blankets for babies in the NICU, made care packages for the homeless, built Little Free Libraries for the community and much more! Thanks to our awesome community for supporting our students and to the students for embracing our community by contributing their time and talents!

Andrew B. (Monongalia, WV) proudly shows off his big catch at the local fishing pond. With warmer temps and continued COVID-19 restrictions, fishing is a great recreational outlet for the boys.
Never too soon to plan summer education and employment opportunities!! Success happens when we set goals and take action to achieve them.
