Our latest creation in the STEAM lab is a beautiful depiction of Hogwarts by Trinity M. With the assistance of her STEAM Instructor, Aubrey Thompson, Trinity was able to create this masterpiece on our 3D printer. Keep up the great work Trinity!

On Thursday, June 22, 2017, The Summit Academy celebrated the graduation of 33 of our students.The graduation started off with a beautiful singing performance by Milton S., one of Summit Academy's students. Afterward, Charlie Batch, former Pittsburgh Steeler, and Samuel A. Costanzo, Founder and Chief Executive Director of The Academy Schools, spoke encouraging words to our new graduates. The graduation also featured speeches from senior speaker, Kyree G. and valedictorian, Joshua S.. We are so proud of our students, and wish them all the best of luck in feature endeavors. Congratulations to The Summit Academy class of 2017!

Warmer weather brings outside fun at New Outlook Academy!

New Outlook Academy was proud to honor four bright young ladies yesterday at their graduation. Former Pittsburgh Steeler, Charlie Batch, and Vice President of the Pittsburgh Public School Board, Sylia Wilson, attended the graduation ceremony to speak encouraging words to our newly-graduated students. After the ceremony, students enjoyed a banquet dinner with family, friends, and staff to celebrate their accomplishments. We are so proud of our students' academic achievement, and we wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors. Congratulations class of 2017!

Yesterday, June 8, was an extra special day for our students. The Academy Charter School celebrated the graduation of 18 bright students. The graduation ceremony featured speakers Charlie Batch, former Pittsburgh Steeler, and Sylvia Wilson, Vice President of the Pittsburgh Public School Board. After the ceremony, the students sat down to a banquet dinner with family, friends, and staff to celebrate their academic achievement. We are so proud of our students' accomplishments, and we have loved watching them grow as young adults. Congrats class of 2017!

The Academy Charter School is gearing up for their annual Get Ur Good On Day (GUGO) which will be held on campus June 2, 2017! The day consists of several community service project activities, including building and painting eight picnic tables. The uniquely decorated picnic tables will then be donated throughout the community at local parks.

Students at New Outlook Academy had the opportunity to attend the 2017 Pittsburgh Steelers Fan Blitz at Heinz Field.
The ladies had a chance to meet current and former Steelers players and request autographs, as well as visit the locker room and take a photo with all six Pittsburgh Super Bowl trophies.
