Overview | Dedicate your skills and passion to youth seeking rehabilitation and sobriety. Utilize your knowledge and counseling skills to help our students identify their rehabilitation needs while collaborating with clinicians and other professionals to develop individualized treatment objectives. Counselors facilitate group and individual counseling sessions to assist students in achieving their clinical objectives. All drug and Alcohol Counselors receive extensive training to assist them in providing therapy, evaluating treatment efficacy, and communicating progress updates to the clinical team. The Academy Schools also provides the training and supervision necessary to earn advanced addiction counseling certification through the Pennsylvania Certification Board. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an excellent comprehensive benefits package and complimentary meals and parking. Opportunities for advancement exist, and promotion may include a four-day workweek. |

If you possess a related degree, we encourage you to apply to have your credentials evaluated for qualification. Child abuse, criminal history, driver’s license, FBI and medical clearances are required upon employment. |
