The Christmas festivities continue at New Outlook Academy with a reading of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. The girls enjoyed hot chocolate, cake and candy canes while listening to the holiday classic which teaches:
“maybe Christmas doesn’t come from a store. Maybe Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more.”
Summit Academy posted another win last night by a score of 65-40. We had three players in double digits, with Elijah D. leading all scorers with 22 points and Shakeem S. and Kiron D. adding 10 each.
The team is in action again after the holiday at the Apollo Ridge Tournament.
