Springdale dominates Summit Academy to stay unbeaten | Trib HSSN

September 13, 2021

Some positive encouragement for our Summit Academy Knights Football team. ❤️🏈🏈💙 Keep you heads up boys,,,,it not the “W’s” that define a team, but how you face adversity. Every year we start with a new group of kids that have little experience and field a team that competes in the WPIAL Conference. This year is the 1st team since 2019 to take the field since COVID.

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS BUILD CHARACTER Summit Academy students recently participated in a community service project with Freeport Renaissance Association. This community-based organization strives to make the local business district more aesthetically appealing, improve the riverfront area, restore historic buildings and develop a community center. Our young men provided landscaping services, including mulching, weeding flower beds and trimming trees. Everyone was pleased with the outcome of their hard work. #givingbackfeelsgood
